1. What is the cost of Kufoo' service?

• NOTHING! This is a FREE service to all job seekers.

• If your request it to be confidential, then we will not release your contact information to an employer without your expressed permission. Also see our data protection policy which assures you of protection of you data.

• Click one of two links on the Kufoo Homepage. Register now button on the left navigation bar; Job seeker link on the up navigation bar;

You complete job-specific forms that detail your preferences, skills, and work experience. Please ensure that the forms are completed accurately and in detail. This will increase your chances of being matched with employers' requirements. Once you have completed and saved your form, you are automatically assigned a username. Keep note of this user name and your password, because you will need them in the future to access your 'Personal Page'. From your 'My Kufoo' page, you can update your profile, browse jobs, browse employers, and apply for jobs. Click here to register for free now!

• After registration, you can be matched automatically with jobs for which you qualify. If an employer is interested in your credentials they will contact Kufoo. We will then contact you to ascertain your interest. You can also browse and apply for jobs for which you may not be a precise match.

• You have one of two ways to get notified about jobs. You can receive instant email notification about new jobs; or our recruitment coordinators can call you and notify you about a position.

• From your 'My Kufoo' page, you can browse jobs, apply for jobs, and edit your file. As you gain more skills, training, and experience it is important that you add these to your file, because it will improve your chances of being matched with available jobs.

• To edit your resume, first you have to log-in to Kufoo with your user name and password. After logging in, you can click on the edit resume link on the left navigation bar or the edit resume button on the middle of the page. Your resume will now be editable.

• If you've forgotten your user name, but know the email address you stored in your file, you can enter your email INSTEAD of your user name, and the password as normal to login to your file.

If you've forgotten your Password, or BOTH your user name and Password, please click the link forgot your password? on the navbar. You can enter your user name or the email address stored in your file, and your login information will be emailed to you.

• Of course you can! Just login with your Kufoo user name and password. Once logged in, click on the edit resume button in the middle of the page. This will take you to the online form you had filled out when you registered with Kufoo. Just scroll all the way to the bottom until you get to the password section. Replace your old password with a new one, then don't forget to save the changes.

• You are hired directly by the employer. Salary and benefits are paid by the employer.

• After you have applied for a job through Kufoo, you will hear directly from the employer you applied to, NOT Kufoo.

• It really depends upon the organization, but in our experience you could be contacted anytime from "almost immediately" to up to 10 days or more. If the employer does not contact you after a week or so, they may have already filled the position or may be looking for someone with more specific qualifications.

• All the categories of jobs are posted on Kufoo.

• You can browse jobs by search jobs

• Of course! You can do so by sending us an Email with "Remove from Mailing List" in the Subject line. Please specify in the body of the email your Full Name, and if you would like your file completely deactivated, otherwise your file will still be active, but you will not receive the weekly mailout.

• Of course you can!!! It is not possible to delete your file online at this time, however you can send us an E-Mail with your user name and Full Name along with a note to remove your file. Please ensure that you include your full name especially if you don't remember your pin number. This is so we can retrieve your profile.
